1. Tray winding machine:

It refers to the equipment that drives the pallet goods to rotate through the rotation of the turntable to wrap the goods. It is applicable to the packaging of goods shipped on pallets (such as container transportation of bulk goods and packaging of bulk pallets, etc.). The equipment uses the shrinkage and self-adhesion of the winding film to bind the goods and pallets into a whole and play a fixed role.

2. Palletless winding machine:

It is designed for single packaging items with small volume or without pallets. It is a supplementary product of the tray winding machine, and can be wrapped on six sides by manually reversing 90 degrees. It is widely used in foreign trade, clothing, yarn, food and other industries.

3. Cantilever winding machine:

It refers to the equipment that can wrap the goods by rotating the cantilever around the goods. The packaging method of rotating around the goods is more suitable for the packaging of lighter, higher and unstable products or overweight goods after stacking. The machine can be flexibly installed on the wall or fixed with a bracket; It can also be connected with the conveyor line as required to meet the requirements of the assembly line operation.

4. Self-propelled robot winding machine:

The buzzer sounds when the equipment starts to work, the safety light keeps flashing when the equipment is running, and the emergency stop button and collision buffer are set on the equipment. It is mainly suitable for occasions where packaging products are large, difficult to carry, and need to be wound by machines.

5. Ring winding machine:

It refers to the equipment for winding and packaging annular products through the device running around the circular track. Generally, it is used to pack steel belt, tire, bearing and other annular objects. It is necessary to specify the maximum and minimum dimensions of the inner and outer rings of the product, the thickness of the product, the maximum weight and other parameters to determine the specific model of the film winding machine.

6. Drum winding machine:

It refers to the equipment that drives the whole rotation of the cylindrical goods through the rotation of the turntable, and at the same time, the two power idlers on the turntable drive the rotation of the cylindrical goods, so as to realize the fully closed winding and packaging of the goods. The drum type automatic winding machine is to add a drum that can rotate on the basis of the tray of the tray winding machine, so as to realize the rotation of the drum while the tray rotates, and to carry out the full-closed packaging of objects.
