What matters should be paid attention to when the automatic box packing machine is packing?

The automatic cartoning machine is an automated device used to stand up folded cartons into boxes or fold cardboard into trays/cartons, etc., put the finished products to be packaged into cartons or trays/cartons, and seal the boxes. The device is composed of six parts: unpacking device, layering device, filling device, electric control system and electrical cabinet, and automatic control system liquid crystal display. Unlike manual cartoning, automatic cartoning equipment has higher requirements for cartons, otherwise it is easy to cause automatic cartoning to fail normally. For this reason, the carton factory must understand the customer's packing method when producing and processing the carton, so as to ensure the normal packing. More and more domestic manufacturers use automatic boxing equipment to box products. For cartons packed with automatic cartoning equipment, the following issues should generally be paid attention to:

1. The pressure line should be clear, and the position of the pressure line and slotting should be accurate

Different from manual packing, automatic packing equipment has higher requirements for carton crimping and slotting. When manual packing, the bad factors that affect the natural formation of the carton, such as shallow indentation, slotting and misalignment of the crimping, can be manually corrected. The automatic packing is mainly completed by the cooperation of the suction nozzle, the blocking rod and the clamping rod, and does not have the function of forming correction. Therefore, it is required to ensure that the carton indentation is clear when processing the carton, and it is easy to bend when the carton is folded into a shape, so that defects such as broken lines and crow's feet will not appear. In addition, the accuracy of slotting and crimping must be ensured. Generally, the slotting or crimping position should not exceed 2mm.

In order to facilitate the automatic cartoning device to form the carton upright, some foreign carton machinery manufacturers have recently introduced a process called pre-crease. The pre-folding process is to install a pre-folding device on the automatic box gluing machine to pre-fold the first and third creasing lines of the cardboard once. This reduces the resistance of the pressing line to folding again, making it easier for the automatic packaging production line to stand up the carton.

2. Box corner loopholes should not be too large

Usually, the automatic cartoning machine has two kinds of sealing methods: glue sealing and tape sealing. Unlike the manual "I" type sealing method, neither glue sealing nor tape sealing will seal the corners of the box. If the corner hole is too large, it will weaken the waterproof and moisture-proof function of the carton. Especially for some exported goods, most of them are shipped to the place of delivery through containers. During the sea voyage, the air humidity in the containers may be as high as 93%. If the corner holes are too large, it is easy to contain the goods. Damp. Generally, for automatically sealed cartons, the diameter of the corner holes should not exceed 5mm.
